Reflective Coaching
Reflective Coaching offers a supportive space for thoughtful conversation, personal exploration, and meaning-making. Through guided dialogue and reflective inquiry, sessions invite individuals to slow down, explore their experiences, and gain clarity around questions, transitions, or areas of life that feel uncertain or evolving.
This offering centers reflective dialogue as the primary way of working together. Conversations are informed by practices drawn from mindfulness, somatic awareness, emotionally-focused reflection, and attachment-informed perspectives. These approaches support deeper awareness of patterns, relationships, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others.
Reflective coaching can also include developing practical relational tools, exploring personal values, and cultivating greater self-understanding through intentional conversation and reflection.
Sessions are hosted virtually and guided collaboratively, creating space for insight, curiosity, and thoughtful exploration.

Coaching is a collaborative process that supports individuals in exploring questions, navigating transitions, and gaining clarity around personal or professional experiences.
Rather than offering advice or solutions, coaching creates space for reflection and thoughtful dialogue. Through guided questions and conversation, coaching can help individuals explore perspectives, recognize patterns, and move forward with greater awareness and intention.
Coaching focuses on personal growth and exploration rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

Sessions are hosted virtually via video call and typically last about 50 minutes, though timing can be adjusted depending on individual needs and preferences.
Conversations are guided by reflective inquiry and collaborative dialogue. Together we may explore experiences, questions, or areas of life where you are seeking greater clarity, understanding, or perspective.
The structure of each meeting remains flexible and responsive to what feels most supportive in the moment. Some sessions may include structured reflection practices such as journaling prompts, metaphor exploration, mindfulness-based awareness, or guided questions designed to deepen insight and understanding.
Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to support privacy and confidentiality.

• life transitions and periods of change
• identity exploration and personal values
• decision-making or navigating uncertainty
• creative or professional direction
• reflecting on experiences of loss or grief
• making meaning from life experiences through reflectionThe intention is to create space where clarity, insight, and deeper self-understanding can unfold through reflection and dialogue.

Reflective coaching primarily centers conversation, inquiry, and reflective dialogue as the main way of exploring experiences and questions. Sessions focus on thoughtful discussion, perspective-building, and making meaning through conversation.
Expressive arts coaching, on the other hand, places greater emphasis on creative practices such as drawing, writing, movement, or other forms of artistic expression.
In practice, the distinction is flexible. Some reflective coaching sessions may include small creative or reflective exercises if it feels supportive, while expressive arts sessions may also include periods of conversation and reflection.
Both approaches share the same intention: creating space for exploration, insight, and meaningful reflection. The difference simply reflects the starting point of the session.
