Expressive Arts Workshops

Our expressive arts workshops offer opportunities to explore meaningful themes through creativity, reflection, and shared experience. Each workshop is thoughtfully designed around a specific topic and invites participants to engage through a variety of expressive practices, including visual art, writing, movement, storytelling, music, and mindfulness.

These workshops are experiential rather than instructional, emphasizing curiosity, process, and personal meaning over artistic skill or finished products. There is no right way to participate, and no previous experience with art is needed.

Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and community-centered practices, our workshops aim to cultivate connection with ourselves, one another, and the stories that shape our lives.
